About The Role
Be the right hand of a US business owner or team, taking care of the administrative and operational tasks that keep the business running.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inbox, calendar and appointments
- Communicate with clients and vendors by email, phone and chat
- Update CRMs, spreadsheets and databases
- Research information and prepare reports
- Support social media and marketing tasks
- Organize files and documents
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a virtual or administrative assistant
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)
- Proactive, organized and reliable
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and online tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Nice To Have
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss or similar)
- Experience in real estate, e-commerce or professional services
English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken
Schedule
Full time, US business hours
