The Role
We’re looking for a social-first editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. You’ll move fast, test constantly, and level up your craft through real-time data insights.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
- Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs
- Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly
- Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback
- Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality
- 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
- Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)
- Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
- Comfortable working in English with async, general teams
- Willing to complete a technical editing assessment
