What You'll Do
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping.
- Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain ATS records and ensure candidate information is up to date.
- Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives.
- Meet sourcing targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition or B2B Sales
- Strong candidate sourcing, research, and outreach skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
