Full Stack Developer – Agentic AI & Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in application development, AI integration, and workflow automation. This role focuses on building scalable software solutions while leveraging Agentic AI, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent automation to streamline business operations.

The adecuado candidate combines frontend and backend development expertise with hands‑on experience building AI agents, orchestrating automated processes, integrating multiple systems, and developing solutions that can independently execute tasks, make decisions, and interact with external tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications.

- Build and integrate AI‑powered applications, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Develop agentic workflows capable of executing multi‑step tasks, using tools, retrieving information, and interacting with external systems.

- Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Integrate LLMs and AI services into applications using APIs and orchestration frameworks.

- Develop AI agents with tool‑calling capabilities, memory, contextual reasoning, and task execution.

- Connect third‑party platforms, APIs, databases, and business applications to create end‑to‑end automation solutions.

- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge retrieval capabilities when required.

- Build backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces to support AI‑driven applications.

- Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows for accuracy, reliability, and performance.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve existing systems and business processes.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Full Stack Software Development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular.





- Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party services.

- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.

- Practical experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows.

- Understanding of tool calling, function calling, agent orchestration, and multi‑step task execution.

- Experience building workflow automation solutions and connecting multiple systems.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, and structured AI outputs.

- Experience with Git, version control, and software development best practices.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tool integrations.

- Experience implementing RAG architectures and vector databases.

- Experience integrating webhooks, event‑driven systems, and asynchronous processing.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.

- Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
