· Preparation and Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 20%
· Projection of Income Statement, Expenses, and Cash Flow: 15%
· Analysis of variations versus budget and previous years.
· Support and Collaboration with Other Company Teams (Operations, IT, HR, etc.): 10%

Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy, with at least 50% of the coursework completed.

Experience:
Preferably with prior work experience in planning, forecasting, or similar roles. Experience in the financial services industry or insurance companies is a plus.

Skills:
: Advanced proficiency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred Experience, Skills, and KnowledgeKnowledge of Power BI / financial modeling skills.
