HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth, and profitability across HoopStars and its parent marketing team. You will split time between running HoopStars and building the parent company’s marketing function across brands, with remote LATAM work and Toronto hours.
You will own budgets, evaluate campaigns, and drive conversion, retention and revenue growth while developing a scalable, high-performance team.
