Swell is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to build and run a hands‑on growth engine for a regulated DTC brand. You’ll own outreach to retailers, support field operations, and manage email/SMS programs while collaborating with the founders to automate repetitive work with AI-driven solutions.
You will work directly with the two founders, leveraging Claude Code and Apollo to connect systems, write sequences, and drive measurable growth within UK/U.S.
