HCL Technologies Limited in Argentina is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide Level 2 remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, handling escalations from the Service Desk while meeting SLAs.
You will troubleshoot networks, manage endpoints and identities (Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, Okta/SSO, MFA) and support Microsoft 365 services across regional users, communicating in English and regional languages as required.
