Rec Rivals seeks a hands‑on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, negotiations and closing, collaborating with the founder and product team.
Remote role with availability for North American/Eastern business hours. Compensation includes a US$1,000 monthly base plus commissions; commission terms to be agreed before hire. Applicants from LATAM are welcome.
