About The Role
Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns that bring our clients leads and sales at a profitable cost.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms
- Research keywords and audiences
- Write ad copy and work with designers on creatives
- Monitor budgets, bids and performance every day
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages
- Report results (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and recommend next steps
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid ad campaigns
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable with Google Analytics (GA4) and spreadsheets
- Analytical and detail-oriented
Nice To Have
- Google Ads or Meta certification
- Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
English Level
Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken

Full time, US business hours
