Encora is seeking a UX Analyst for Product Workflows on a Field Operations SaaS platform.
You'll own end-to-end workflows—from field capture to sync to review to report—focusing on process and flow, not visual polish, and work with a teammate handling visuals.
You'll prototype in Figma, map real inspection workflows, and write precise specs for engineering.
This fully remote LATAM role includes adaptable hours, weekly USD contractor pay, and a direct line to the Head of Engineering.
