MBR Partners is seeking a commercially focused Renewals Manager to lead the software support renewal lifecycle across the Americas from a remote location.
You will protect and grow recurring revenue, negotiate terms, and build long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.The role requires strong negotiation, CRM stewardship (Salesforce), and fluency in English (Spanish preferred).
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product and Customer Success to optimise renewal
