You will help maintain control of key milestones, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to efficient and timely deal execution.Job responsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with deal teams, supporting origination and execution across a portfolio of clients and sectors, including North America coverageCoordinate timely completion of client and transaction activities and milestones, including negative media reviews, environmental, social and governance assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing readinessParticipate in due diligence discussions to capture requirements, coordinate follow-up actions, and track completion through to closureManage and monitor the deal pipeline, maintaining accurate status updates and milestone trackingCollaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance,
