About The Company
Our client is a small, Florida-based HVAC company that needs a Customer Service Representative to manage its back office operations.
Job Description
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers.
You will handle daily back-office tasks.
You will work closely with the owners as a key member of a small team.
This position involves answering phones, managing customer needs, and handling paperwork to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Answer incoming phone calls and call customers back or out as needed.
Handle customer questions and complaints.
Build purchase orders.
Send invoices to customers.
Submit permit applications online and follow them through.
Take credit card payments from customers.
Perform other back-office tasks as they arise.
Required Experience And Qualifications
Strong spoken and written English.
Ability to work with little supervision and manage your own time.
Trustworthy, especially when handling customer credit card payments.
Comfortable being a supportive team player and doing various tasks in a small business.




Focused on goals rather than just working hours.
Preferred Skills
Experience with House Call Pro.
Some hands‐on experience with QuickBooks.

Salary And Benefits
