Chief Risk Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and operational members of entities in PeruResponding to regulatory inquiries regarding internal audit coverage and resultsPerforming oversight, review, and validation of management actionsWhat you'll need7+ years of experience in an audit-related role in a regulated financial services environmentExperience performing end-to-end risk-based internal auditsExperience leading teams and overseeing the execution of internal auditsExpertise in risk assessments and internal audit planning activities, focusing on covering key risksGreat presentation skills to deliver audit results to senior management and board-level stakeholdersKnowledge of general regulatory guidelines and expectations for operations in PeruFamiliarity with a range of audit topics, such as financial crime, payments, and third-party risk managementExcellent communication skills to interact and challenge stakeholdersNice to haveAudit experience at a foreign financial institution operating in PeruExpertise in both working with and interpreting data using SQL and/or PythonExperience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on executionA CPA/CIA, ACAMS, or other relevant certificationBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
