You will own pipelines from manager alignment to offer rollout, sourcing candidates proactively and ensuring a smooth interview process.In this role, you will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP, and other ATS tools in a remote Latam-based setup while driving growth across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.
