More about usThis role offers an opportunity to work within a developing and increasingly critical area of the Supply Chain organization.What you will doEnsure timely delivery of materials by actively monitoring purchase orders and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholdersProvide best-in-class support to assigned vendors,



maintaining strong relationships and serving as the main point of contact for delivery-related mattersDetect operational issues and collaborate with Vendor Performance Leads and internal teams to drive improvements in end-to-end vendor performanceWork closely with all key stakeholders to resolve purchase order or purchase requisition and vendor concernsEducate vendors and key internal stakeholders on ExxonMobil systems and processes, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support broader materials operations as neededAbout youSkills and Qualifications1+ years of experience in similar rolesBachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or similar degrees.Outstanding communication skills, proactive initiative to engage vendors (via phone vs. email) and build relationshipsProblem solving and prioritization of tasksCollaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces, both locally and remotely, and promote corporation-first outcomesAbility to adapt to quickly changing operational needs; thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains positive behaviorsAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
