You will design, configure, and maintain complex RBP models in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and manage dynamic permission groups using EC attributes.This senior role requires deep EC security expertise, experience with onboarding 2.0, RCM, LMS, and secure integrations with ECC/S/4HANA, IDM, and third-party systems.
Strong communication and leadership are essential.
