You will troubleshoot escalated issues, read code, and analyze logs across web, mobile, and backend systems while collaborating with Engineering to deliver exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate has 2+ years in L1/L2/L3 support, strong English (C1), SQL, and hands-on PHP/JS/TS with AWS or similar cloud experience.
USD compensation and remote EU work options available.
