ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior BI Product Manager to act as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, connecting financial data to real business decisions.
This person turns operational friction into data, analytics, and AI/ML opportunities, working with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product.
Comfort with ERP and CPQ systems matters.MUST HAVES5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations in SaaS or tech environments.Solid grasp of core accounting terminology,



the contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and downstream revenue recognition (including ASC 606 impacts).
Exceptional communication skills and high energy, with genuine comfort proactively reaching out to busy product managers, finance, and legal leaders to map processes and drive alignment.Proven ability to validate pricing, order, and contract data for troubleshooting, reporting, and building operational dashboards.Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills, including experience defining non-technical functional specs for technical teams to execute.General understanding of ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and CPQ/CLM tools (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Ironclad) and how their data flows into BI platforms.
