Supportyourapp-1 is seeking an L3 Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level assistance for enterprise-level MFT solutions.
You will build new workflows, update and repair critical data transfers, and diagnose complex issues across software and hardware.Required: BS in IT/CS, strong Linux/AIX knowledge, Shell scripting, and good English communication.
Familiarity with rsync, SSH keys, and SharePoint is a plus.
Shift timing may involve international coordination.
