Responsabilidades
Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en grandes cuentas corporativas (B2B), expandiendo nuestra presencia en el mercado.
Administrar de principio a fin el ciclo de venta consultiva, abarcando la prospección, calificación de oportunidades, manejo de pronósticos (forecast) y participación en licitaciones complejas.
Construir y mantener un relacionamiento clave con tomadores de decisión, realizando presentaciones ejecutivas y acompañando a los clientes a conocer nuestros procesos e instalaciones.
Trabajar en sinergia con las áreas de preventa, finanzas y operaciones para estructurar propuestas comerciales sólidas, rentables y de alto impacto.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas consultivas corporativas B2B dentro de empresas multinacionales, comercializando tecnología, servicios digitales o software.
Fuerte conocimiento y trayectoria gestionando carteras de clientes en sectores de alta complejidad como finanzas, seguros o salud (farmacéuticas).
Título universitario completado.
Dominio en el uso de plataformas CRM para la administración diaria del pipeline y análisis de métricas de ventas.
Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable)



y habilidades superiores de negociación, comunicación asertiva y fuerte orientación a resultados.
