You will enroll in the FEP to build core technical competencies, learn lean practices, and develop leadership while deployed at customer sites.During the program you will participate in in-person and online training, on-the-job trainings, and mentorship from seasoned Technical Field Advisors, with a pathway to a TFA position after graduation.
