Your role and impact As an Accounting Supervisor, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team responsible for delivering end-to-end accounting services to offices across the Firm. You will combine hands-on accounting leadership with coaching, stakeholder management, and a strong focus on continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of accounting professionals, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and technical support to strengthen the team's accounting knowledge, confidence, and future leadership capabilities.
• Work with the Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure accurate,



timely delivery in line with agreed service levels and controls.
• Act as the team's first point of escalation for complex accounting, operational, and stakeholder matters, providing clear direction and practical solutions.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, automation, and stronger controls.
• Maintain clear procedures and knowledge materials to support consistent, scalable, and resilient service delivery.
• Champion the practical use of AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and employee effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders and other Accounting Centers to deliver an effective One Team service and share best practices globally.
• Participate in audits, service transitions, transformation initiatives, and new service opportunities.
• Encourage the team to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities that deliver measurable business value. What will help you succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong relevant accounting experience. Experience within a professional services firm or shared service center is preferred.




• Previous experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing accounting professionals.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex issues, and provide clear guidance to the team.
• Knowledge of AI and its practical application in business processes.
• Portuguese proficiency is desirable.
• CPA or equivalent certification and SAP experience are considered a plus. Benefits & Well-being
