We are currently seeking Freelance Test Engineers / Data Analysts based in Argentina to support an ongoing project. We are looking to engage professionals who can contribute to testing and data analysis activities while collaborating with an international team. Candidates located anywhere in Argentina are eligible if they own a MacBook Pro 2023 or newer. Candidates that do not own a MacBook, must be based in Rosario to be considered. The role involves supporting testing and data analysis activities, documenting findings, collaborating with project stakeholders, and following established processes and quality standards.

Requirements:
• Native or fluent Spanish.
• Good English reading comprehension and ability to communicate in English at a basic conversational level.
• Availability to work up to 35 hours per week.
• Availability to overlap with the Team Lead schedule (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Argentina time). Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience with Java, Selenium, and test automation.
• Experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Active Microsoft Office license.
• Experience working in international or remote environments. The selection process includes CV screening, Workzone registration, evaluation, interview, rate confirmation, and onboarding.
