At Arche Halo Dynamics, we build physical AI and multi-robot orchestration platforms that let quadrupeds, humanoids, drones and other autonomous systems work where people shouldn’t have to: explosive atmospheres, offshore platforms, high-voltage rooms, confined spaces and remote infrastructure. We are now launching our operations in Malaysia, built in Malaysia and run by Malaysians. We’re looking for a founding General Manager who wants to build and own the business, not just manage it. The role You will lead Halo Dynamics in Malaysia from day one, with full responsibility for building and running the business. Our model is Robotics-as-a-Service: we own and operate the fleets, and our customers pay for outcomes like inspections completed, sites covered and hours of autonomous operation. What you will do
• Build and own the Malaysia P&L;, business plan and go-to-market across Oil & Gas and petrochemicals, energy and digital infrastructure, and the public sector
• Win and manage our first long-term service contracts with operators, utilities, data centre owners, GLCs and federal agencies
• Take pilots and proofs of concept through to full-scale, recurring deployments
• Build the local team of robot operators, specialists, field engineers and commercial staff
• Partner with a local university to develop a certified robotics workforce program
• Represent the company with government, regulators, industry bodies and ecosystem partners




• Work closely with our global engineering and AI teams in the US to bring the right technology to each customer What we are looking for
• 10+ years of experience, including senior leadership with P&L; responsibility (Country Manager, GM or BU Head)
• A background in industrial services, inspection, oilfield services, automation, drones or critical infrastructure in Malaysia and APAC
• A strong network across the energy, utilities, data centre and/or public sector ecosystems
• A track record of selling and delivering service or recurring-revenue contracts, not just equipment
• A solid understanding of HSE in hazardous environments (permit-to-work, hazardous areas, offshore operations)
• Experience building teams from the ground up
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, based in Kuala Lumpur
• Engineering degree preferred; MBA or equivalent is a plus
