About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial operations of a growing U.S. construction company. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience managing AR and AP processes within the U.S. construction industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Generate and issue customer invoices.
Monitor outstanding receivables.
Follow up on overdue accounts.
Reconcile customer payments.
Prepare AR reports.
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
Reconcile supplier statements.
Prepare payment runs.
Maintain vendor records.




Resolve billing discrepancies.
Financial Administration
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Support reporting and audits.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Required Qualifications
Senior experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Familiarity with the AIA billing process.
Previous experience within the U.S. construction industry (required).
QuickBooks Online knowledge.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must come out of a construction background.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with US construction accounting processes.
Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
