About Lustum Lustum is a digital dollar card app built on USDC. We help ordinary people in countries with unstable currencies save, spend and receive money in dollars, without needing to understand crypto. Lustum is a non-custodial wallet: users stay in full control of their money. We are a small, fast-moving team, and Latin America is one of our core markets.

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our users across Latin America. You will help people get started with the app, answer their questions about cards, deposits and payments, and make sure every user feels looked after. This is a remote, full-time role and a great entry point into fintech. What you will do
• Answer user questions via in-app chat, email and WhatsApp in Spanish and English
• Help users with onboarding, identity verification, card activation, top-ups and payments
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate technical cases to the product and engineering team
• Write and update help center articles and saved replies




• Spot recurring problems and share user feedback with the team to improve the product
• Help keep response times fast and satisfaction high What we are looking for
• Native or fluent Spanish and good written English
• 0-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service or a similar role
• Clear, friendly and patient written communication
• Comfortable using apps and learning new tools quickly
• Organized and able to work independently in a remote team
• Based in Latin America (Argentina or Colombia preferred) Nice to have
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments or digital wallets
• Familiarity with stablecoins or USDC (not required, we will teach you)
