S. Personal Injury law firm. ✅ Required Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of experience in a legal support, intake, or case management role.
• Personal Injury experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong Legal Research skills are REQUIRED.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience communicating with clients, insurance carriers, adjusters, and third parties.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ⭐ Strongly Preferred
• Experience handling California Personal Injury cases.
• Experience using Filevine.
• Experience with Clio, Litify,



SmartAdvocate, Needles, or similar case management systems.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and pre-litigation workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle intake calls and qualify potential clients.
• Gather accident, injury, insurance, and case-related information.
• Open and manage insurance claims.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and adjusters.
• Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs).
• Track demand packages and follow up with insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Support attorneys and legal teams throughout the pre-litigation process.
