ANAT Business for Business is looking for an experienced CFO or senior finance executive with a strong background in large, established companies to help us design and build scalable financial and accounting systems for small U.
S. construction and service businesses. We are looking for someone who has held a CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role in large organizations and can bring that expertise to businesses that need to build their financial foundations from scratch. This is a project-based consulting opportunity, not a bookkeeping or day-to-day Finance Manager position.

What You'll Do
• Design and implement financial and accounting structures from the ground up.
• Establish standardized financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability frameworks.
• Define finance team structures, responsibilities, and workflows.
• Build scalable financial systems, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Translate large-company financial best practices into practical solutions for smaller businesses.



What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in large, established companies (required).
• Strong knowledge of U.
S. accounting practices and financial management.
• Demonstrated experience building or transforming financial structures and systems.
• Strategic financial leadership combined with a hands-on, practical approach.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, home services, or related industries is a strong plus.
