Rio Tinto is seeking a Senior Adviser, Ethics & Compliance (Triage & Assessment) to lead the integral intake and routing of myVoice reports. You will ensure timely acknowledgement, assessment, escalation and closure while protecting confidentiality and privacy across multiple time zones.
You will manage risk-based triage, collaborate with subject matter experts, and coordinate with Legal to handle privilege and regulatory considerations, supporting a high-integrity reporting environment.
