Cleardesk is seeking an experienced Tax & Accounting Specialist to provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires strong accounting judgment, independent investigation, and effective communication to resolve issues within the client’s approved scope. Typical coverage includes 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with shifts overlapping US business hours.

Prior CPA/EA credentials are preferred.
