HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to own marketing, ecommerce growth and profitability across HoopStars and its parent marketing team. You will divide time between running HoopStars and building the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing function.

This role is remote from LATAM with Toronto hours and potential future relocation to the US or Canada by mutual agreement. You should be adept at turning advertising into customers, improving conversion, driving repeat
