Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations in manufacturing, ensuring quality and safety in all activities on the shop floor. This role requires hands-on oversight of production processes and adherence to Lean principles to optimize efficiency.

The adecuado candidate holds a mechanical or industrial engineering degree, with 5–7 years of relevant experience and knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME). Strong Excel and MS Project skills are essential.
