atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist at entry level to join our fully remote LATAM team, targeting US startups and agencies. You’ll craft outreach, identify idóneo candidates, and test messaging to improve replies, while learning the talent side with mentorship.

You’ll source marketing, creative, data roles and manage outreach at scale using AI tools, with weekly USD pay as a contractor and flexible part-time hours overlapping US time zones. No recruiting experience required.
