Hirelago.Com is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote, US-based SaaS operation serving contractors. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling permit filings, account setup, and platform usage with a focus on ownership and problem solving.

Adecuado candidates have at least 2 years in phone-based support, full English fluency, and strong Excel skills. Experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a plus.
