Uptalent.Io is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our 100% remote team. You will support contractors using our SaaS platform, guide customers through workflows, perform platform demonstrations, and troubleshoot technical issues with a customer-first approach.

Idóneo candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing tech support, strong English skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Experience with CRM tools and Excel is a plus, and you will work across GoHighLevel/HubSpot
