Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of general HR processes, including Standard Work, governance, and continuous improvement. This role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data & Application teams to optimize processes across LATAM and beyond, with a focus on scalability and data privacy compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence, you will own lifecycle execution for processes such as Compensation
