Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on the Build pillar. You’ll own the Agentic CMS experience, shaping a next‑generation content layer for enterprise teams and AI agents.

This role requires systems thinking, collaboration with PMs and engineers, and a strong craft in interaction and visual design with AI workflows. You’ll work remotely from Argentina, joining a permanent, full‑time team.
