atomic HR is recruiting for an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist (Lead Gen & Outreach) to help US startups and agencies find great candidates from Latin America. This fully remote role requires curious, proactive outreach and the ability to write engaging messages that get responses.

You’ll work with a modern sourcing platform and AI tools, with mentorship as you learn the talent side. We welcome graduates and career switchers; part-time to start with 20–30 hours weekly, overlapping US
