Ryz Labs is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote LATAM role in Field Operations SaaS. You will own end-to-end workflows from field capture to report review, focusing on process efficiency rather than visuals.
You will map real-world workflows, redesign with fewer steps, write precise specs for engineers, prototype in Figma, and validate offline states. This role reports to Engineering leadership and collaborates with a small design team.
