Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations, ensure quality, and promote safe working practices. You will coordinate production planning across work centers, track KPIs, and drive lean improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Idóneo candidates have a mechanical/industrial engineering background with 5–7 years of relevant experience and strong Excel and planning tool skills. This on-site role is based in Mendoza, Argentina, within our Operations group.
