Avenga seeks a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for Field Operations SaaS. This fully remote role across LATAM offers ~40 hours/week with overlap to US Pacific business hours. You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to report, focusing on process and flow rather than visuals. You’ll map workflows, redesign with fewer steps, define logic and edge cases for engineering, and collaborate with a visual designer to cover the UI while you own the flow.
