HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager for Marketing and Ecommerce Growth, overseeing HoopStars and the parent company’s marketing team. The role splits time between running HoopStars and shaping the parent brand’s marketing across multiple locations, including LATAM markets. You will optimize paid acquisition, conversion and retention, own budgets, and drive revenue, profitability and customer experience across brands. Remote leadership and cross-border collaboration are key.
