Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of general HR processes, including standard work, adoption, governance, and measurement. This role collaborates with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, data/privacy, and regional teams and will be remote within LATAM. Reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence, you will drive continuous improvement and develop training materials, playbooks, and governance structures to scale compliant HR
