The role combines running HoopStars with building the parent company’s marketing team, across LATAM and beyond, with Toronto-hours collaboration and potential relocation to the US or Canada by mutual agreement. You will own budgets, campaigns and the customer experience, driving profitable growth and aligning marketing with revenue goals. Strong remote leadership and English proficiency are essential.
