Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run sports programs with the urgency and accountability of a founder. You will own the process from planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience and growth, working remotely across Latin America.

The role requires energy, problem-solving under pressure, and a focus on delivering filled programs, reliable delivery and sound financial results. Hours are evenings/weekends aligned to Toronto/Eastern time.
