About The Role

Keep our clients' books accurate and up to date so they always know where their business stands.

Responsibilities

- Record transactions and categorize expenses
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts every month
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Process invoices and payments
- Support the client's accountant at month-end and tax time

Requirements

- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)




- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero
- Knowledge of basic US accounting principles
- Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines

Nice To Have

- Experience with US small businesses
- Payroll experience (Gusto, ADP or similar)
- Accounting degree or certification

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
