HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitability across HoopStars and the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team. This remote role from LATAM operates on Toronto hours with potential future relocation to the US or Canada by mutual agreement.

You will optimize paid acquisition, conversion and retention, own budgets and reporting, and build a capable marketing team to deliver customer
