HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing and ecommerce growth across HoopStars and the parent marketing team. You will split time between running HoopStars and building the Community Sports Partners marketing function across brands.

The role is remote from LATAM with Toronto working hours and potential future relocation to the US or Canada. You will drive paid acquisition, optimize conversions and retention, own budgets and performance, and lead a team delivering
